Rendering of labels for narrow buildings fails. #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set size to 1x10
2. Set label to something like "Hello World"
3. Place building

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The label is just rendered as "..." because it doesn't fit within the rectangle 
horizontally.

A solution would be to render the label vertically.

I think this is unnecessary, as the only building which is that narrow is a 
road, which is likely to not have any label at all.
