Change request: ES native PTL as default #392

The predicted track line is almost identical between ES and TopSky, except only the ES allows for the option to have easy click on click off buttons and left/right click adjustment of number of minutes. This is much easier to work with than alt+rightclick, navigating a menu, and dragging a very small slider around.

And IMO the small gaps between minute segments in the ES native PTL is better than the continuous line TopSky offers.

If implemented, it's probably good to re-add the PTL buttons in the ES menu bar as on by default.
