Incorrect training activity logging when closing a paused request

I closed a training that was paused for 3 months. The training activity comment seems to say "Training paused" instead of unpaused.

Check if:

• Was it actually unpaused, and why the text is wrong
• Is the total pause time still correct in the database?

Confirmed as bug under this circumstances:

1. Training is paused
2. Training is closed while paused
3. The training activity is logged as paused while it should be unpaused.
