This will be a breaking change, where we can also clean up some other things that have been deprecated as well:

Old API endpoints
Function in TrainingPolicy https://github.com/Vatsim-Scandinavia/controlcenter/blob/38bd8ae87f4e343732719ad227116a795579eb79/app/Policies/TrainingPolicy.php#L139
Owner name
VATSIM API v1 support
"mascs" term should now be "facility"
Facility endorsement list is already replaced by ATC Roster instead which is more specific for the area
Remove the mentor expire functionality, it's odd and rarely triggered.

This might be eligible for a new major version for CC due to the function removal.
