feat: Post booking to discord #983

I have received this feature request from the Copenhagen FIR where they would like an option to "Request additional staffing" when booking a position.

When this check box is selected, we post to that FIR controllers-chat that X booking is made and more staffing is requested.

That's quite some automation for something that's easy for a person to write manually in a chat. That will also allow more details and context than a automated message. I don't think we'll prioritise this as we don't want to make CC more complex than it already is.
