minigun, explosives and pump/bolting

currently still under work, i opened the PR to get some extra eyes on the miniguns/pump code:

• for a unknown reason both miniguns dont show up in my tests and theres no trace of any error that could be causing it, the weird thing is that they worked fine and then without any reason they dissapeared from the spawn list.
• key assing code doesnt work on the pump gun action, the rest works fine and a shotgun can be pumped but the key stills doesnt work. about the rest:
• i added 2 ammo types for the grenade launchers, everything works fine for it,
• the missile launcher works fine without any error.
• the laser minigun stays unused, theres a lot of things that should be done before.
