Description

Adds some stuff missing from loot tables

TODO

[x] Add missing weapons
[x] Add missing magazines
[x] Add missing ammo boxes
[x] Add some belts
[x] Fix weird spawns
[x] Reduce random crap spawns
[x] Do what I asked to do in #215

Laser, Plasma weapons only spawn in military loot and are rarer, but ammo is slightly more plentiful since you cant recharge it yet.

Major sum up

Gun Lockers now contain rare and better loot so there's a reason to check on those.

A lot of the missing armor, gloves and boots are now in rotation. There's A REALLY SMALL CHANCE of prefilled belts in gun lockers containing medicine like brute packs and such. There is also a chance of them spawning blood packs!

Also different sorts of boots, gloves and helmets are in spawns now too. Apart from the new guns and rare guns.
