Change font of high charisma players #504

We need a way to change the font of high and low charisma players to look rougher or more verbose and attractive, so you can judge peoples charisma when they speak.

Doing it by color is bad due to accessibility, so font is best.

We could potentially cheese this with languages since they have support for changing fonts, So giving high charisma players a different language. But really it would be better to just write a new thing for charisma to affect chat font.
