[ADD] Account Invoice Change Currency #1259

This replace original odoo wizard for changing currency on an invoice with serveral improovements:

Log the currency change on the chatter
Add this functionality to supplier invoices

I think this module should be complimented with original features from ADHOC SA and propose a proper PR tho their branch, I think the features removed should not be removed, but it is ok for now that's why I merged it.
