[MIG] partner_credit_limit, payment_term_type 11.0 -> 12.0 #1310

This work is to make the migration of partner_credit_limit, payment_term_type from 11.0 to 12.0

@moylop260 I just need the dummy fields for account reports for now. We can create a clean module with the dummy fields in rs.partner but here in addons-vauxoo.

This has already been merged on https://github.com/Vauxoo/addons-vauxoo/pull/1383/, so I'll close this one.
