[FIX] *: Fix lints #1567

account_analytic_business_unit module:

C7902(missing-readme).
C8103(manifest-deprecated-key).
C8106(manifest-version-format).
F401 'odoo._' imported but unused.
E303 too many blank lines.
E251 unexpected spaces around keyword / parameter equals.

account_chatter module:

W7902(duplicate-xml-record-id).

Do I need to do anything extra regarding the changed xml id in account_chatter and manifest version in account_analytic_business_unit?
