Version 13.0 support

This is a work in progress. The module works correctly but only two pending tasks:

1. Support crm_case_form_view_leads and crm_case_form_view_oppor views
2. Update readme and manifest with credits of v13.0

I do appreciate your testing and comments.

_Please note that you want to comment/remove crm_case_form_view_leads and crm_case_form_view_oppor views from views/crm_view.xml file in order to test the module as it is at the moment_

you are targetting v11.0 branch, should use v13.0

It would be great if you rebase your 13.0 branch and fix the conflict in your PR. Thus we will have this module 13.0-ready.

And it would be awesome that other contributors keep pushing their commits to this branch those centralizing the features.
