There are some tests that run only for changed modules, i.e. those which are being modified by the current PR/MR. However, when running on GitLab, those modified modules are not retrieved correctly.
For instance, in this log the module theme_common is being tested, even though that module was not modified by this MR.
In the above case, it causes MR always to be red, when they shouldn't
