Fix mexico accounts nature of the following SAT accounts:

119.01
119.02
119.03
199.04
180.01
503
505.01
505.02
607.01
610.01
612.01

Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses:

Currently some debit accounts are being labeled as creditors and vice versa. For example the account 119.01 IVA pendiente de pago should be labeled as a debit account but is set as a credit account.
