After fix https://github.com/odoo/odoo/pull/13152 odoo version >= 10.0 now is compatible with string boolean 'False' then the check
Then now is deprecated the check:
odoo.addons.odoolint_isolated.models.ir_model_data: Passing unexpected non boolean value 'False' (is string) in boolean field 'attachment_use'. You should use eval='False'.
Could you disable/delete it?
