[FIX] Deleted duplicated printer from the base #11

MP2100 printer was repeated in the list. Trying to fix the failing tests

@moylop260 Creo que este modelo no tiene el comando para cancelar la última factura, la MP52 lo tiene pero ese comando en la MP4000 hace otra cosa:

commandmp4000

De momento no he encontrado nada en la documentación al respecto.

@ruiztulio Are you talking about test_cancel_last_coupon, right? Did you find something of test_payment_receipt, test_sintegra and test_totalize commands?
