Static Site Generator #736

Describe the feature

I think it would be cool to have a way to render patchouli books as a webpage. That way mod developers could just set up a CI workflow to automatically make docs based on the patchouli docs they already have.

hey, I actually made a thing to do this called hexdoc - the main documentation is still a bit sparse, but the README for hexdoc-mod-template is pretty thorough. it's currently being used for Hex Casting's web book and a bunch of addons.
