Psimetal Armor can cast spells in spectator #743

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Equip Psimetal Leggings with a spell
  2. Switch to spectator mode

What I expected to happen: The spell should not be cast while the player is in spectator mode

What happened instead: The spell continues casting while the player is in spectator mode
