Opening Text Popup constantly repeating #795

Text popup welcoming users to the psi mod is constantly reopening. Repetition appears to be random, and not linked to any actions by the user. Issue identified on an instance using the Thaumpack+ mod pack

This issue has been fixed on later versions. We're currently not providing support for 1.10.2
