[Suggestion] Allow Chutes to drop items when placed directly above a Cauldron #4867

Currently, chutes don't accept items from hoppers/automation to drop when placed directly above a cauldron of any contents. Allowing this would mean the chute could be used for things such as compact lava trash cans, etc. image
