Fix memory handling bugs #95

Hi,

attached are there patches which fix bugs found by cppcheck.

There's also one more I din't fix yet as I'm unsure about the correct fix:
[plugins/gpsgrid/table.h:120]: (error) Uninitialized variable: newEntry
[plugins/gpsgrid/table.h:135]: (error) Uninitialized variable: newEntry

-> The code in questions calls the size() member function
   on an uninitialized class instance. Should crash...

Hopefully there will be a monav 0.4 release sooner or later,
I still actively use it on the n900 :)
