晚上会出现一些状况 #59

有时会只领舰队不领活动抽奖。（比如现在） 有时候会全部网络错误，持续一小时（或几小时 反正是以60分钟为单位） 出现在晚上23点为多， 重启服务器没用，其他人会有这种情况吗？
