arrow keys lose selection when tags list is being updated

When the tag list is updated (open a large and complex binary for many potential tags created during analysis -- binaryninjacore is a good one on most platforms) you cannot use the arrow keys to navigate the tag list. You can still use the mouse due to the changes from #3190 but the keyboard is still not usable.
