1 year ago "Import Library" in particular would probably be a bit unfortunate in the Windows context: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/build/reference/working-with-import-libraries-and-export-files
The current name is ambiguous and doesn't accurately describe what they do. The new name suggested is "Import Library" but maybe we want to replace "Library" with something less overloaded.
