Bug Description:
Scroll speed goes up after the UI section of the settings. Before that point it is noticeably more slower. I'm not sure if this is an intended behaviour. Also that new scroll speed is persisted if I scroll to the top of the settings.
Steps To Reproduce:
Open settings UI
Start scrolling
See speed change in the UI section of the settings page
