Show Local Plugins in Plugin Manager #5160

What is the feature you'd like to have? When the API is bumped and plugins don't load I would like a more conspicuous alert

Is your feature request related to a problem? I am on the test branch for updates, which means my plugins don't load about a third of the time. This gets logged of course but it's kind of quiet and I miss it a lot.

Are any alternative solutions acceptable? idk I could probably live without this

We'd like this to be done with the new tab with a plugin status widget or something like that.

This issue doesn't have to do with disabled plugins but rather local plugins that failed to load. With #2199 & #2200 closed, this issue should also be resolved when local plugins are shown in the plugin manager.

Looking forward to this personally for my own plugin dev.
