Document Windows debugger does not work when the machine does not have a network adapter #643

The WinDbg/DbgEng adpater only works when there is a network adapter. This is probably a WinDbg bug.

Note the presence of a network adapter is the only thing required -- it does not need to have network (LAN or Internet) at all
