Whitelist doesn't work properly on scrims. #1

The whitelist command doesn't always seem to fully allow a player to join. oping them, letting them join, then de-oping them seems to be a fix. Looking for a more permanent solution.

Deployed a slight update to the scrimmage plugin, let's hope it works better this time.
