A simple down counter, with auto restart capability and customizable interval for stand up notifications.
Or, for a smartwach with this prestige, more proper is a complex app: with customizable days (like alarm) for activate sedentary reminder, within customizable hour intervals for each day and of course, customizable period for stand up notifications....
Or may be something like this exists already, and I did not find it yet ?
