CivFleet Legacy: blocking assign trader to carriers? #70

Is "assign trader to carriers for resupply" a valid vanilla behavior?

If true, then we might be accidentally blocking this behavior.

Due to real-life business, this will have to be pushed back.

I think we have more than enough time to transition to use Mimic instead of the legacy "Trade"/"Mine" method.

Therefore, the legacy method will be removed soon.

This conveniently solves the assignment blockage.

Update released; we are not bumping the main version because vanilla 7.0 is around the corner; maybe we can use this chance to align our numbering.
