I am pre-emptively making this PR to prevent people working on a solver that has already been done. Currently, this PR supports solving the following tasks:

• Clean O2 Filter
• Clean Toilet
• Enter Id Code
• Fill Canisters
• Insert Keys
• Monitor Tree
• Make Burger
• Rewind Tapes
• Sort Samples
• Stabilize Steering (Skeld & Airship)
• Develop Photos
• Inspect Sample
• Polish Ruby
• Reboot Wifi
• Store Artifacts
• Run Diagnostics
• Reset Breakers
• Decontaminate
• Empty Garbage (Airship)
• Dress Mannequin

I will update this PR with any more tasks that I contribute. Please do not merge until all the tasks have been collectively completed by contributors. (List can be found in #32)
