Improved solvers and Emergency Button handler #54

This PR improves a few existing solvers and adds the ability to press the emergency button.

Note that currently the button will always be pressed if the conditions are met, mainly after 15 seconds have passed. The AI decision making for starting a meeting is not implemented in this PR.

Merging this for now, both of the solvers kinda work so it's fine, maybe we need to improve upload data airship in the future.
