This is a PR raised to address the addition of code of conduct markdown file to the Web3-Wallet repo as a part of WOB24 Contribution.

Please review the PR and share the feedback accordingly. Please add WOB24 and Level1 labels to the PR and issue before merging. Thank you!

The code of conduct has been designed as per the project usage and support email ID of the author has been added for reporting purposes.
