Carrierwave integration #42

We need carrierwave integration:

This absolutely is not required for sprint 2. It's handy to do at the same time as submission work. This should pretty much be the last thing we try to accomplish in this sprint.

After a half hour the status from LD and I ..... anything we tried to do would crash the branch including just trying to run the console.

Error: undefined method `map' for nil:NilClass

Will come back to it.

Also look at uploadcare, card in the same sprint.
