Assignment - Extend truncation on assignment index to show more characters

I extended the length from the default 30 to a longer 100 characters. It looks better, and it wraps in mobile. It's very easy to change the truncation length if we want to make any further adjustments.

Assignment Index view. Line 25. Change the number 100 to the number of characters you want.
