Added a Dockerfile #388

Now NitroSniperGo can be used as a docker image.

Docker CLI:

docker run --name NitroSniperGo -d -v `pwd`/settings.json:/app/settings.json NitroSniperGo:lastest

Thanks, I added it. It require a little bit more than that to be a contributor though
