Restore to original location not working: #27

09:33 no update in logs and no email restored. VBO shows job still running.

this is restoring 1 email

This is an error related to VBO itself and not to the portal. I suggest you contact Veeam support here as I have not seen this error before. It could be related to an issue in your VBO installation or the user account.

from the VBO the email restores fine?

OneDrive and SP work absolutely flawlessly... single email restore never completes.

This error happens in the API of VBO. It looks like an issue with the installation of VEX or the API but the error is unclear for me and I suggest you let the logs analyze via Veeam support.
