Exception in getMountpath #14

I encountered the following error on Veeam Diff after selecting two restore points and starting the analysis, the following error appears:

VeeamErr

I have verified that the user is correct; however, I remembered that the data is also encrypted. I assume that the error is due to this. Is it possible to enter the decryption password? Thank you for your support

I have noticed the same, and our backups are encrypted as well. Is there anywhere else that we can put in the decryption key, like in some config file?

I apologize for the long delay; I had some issues. Regarding Veeam Diff, the server that hosted it unfortunately had a RAID failure. While I was at it, I installed a new operating system and fixed all the software and Veeam Diff worked perfectly on the first try You can close the thread, and I thank you for your responses
