As a user, I want the web application to provide concise information on healthy eating for kids aged 6months to 4 years based on guidelines from Healthy Ireland and HSE.

[x] endpioint API for portion sizes
[x] add table of contents left sidebar
[x] Add food pyramid
[x] top story right sidebar
[ ] finalise styling and formatting
