You did a good job filling it with life again.
Minor things:
1) New dead ends are missing the notification: Come back later.
2) South east of Fallheaven there is a wrong tree: Go where the busy farmers
are. Go east. Look at the top right Trees in the map.
Looking for more ;-)

3) In the prison its hard to spot the steps to the second floor, perhaps make
it more clear.
Big thing:
A) When in the last version a quest screen was needed then the next version
must have a map.

4) The highwayman wants 100 gold everytime I ask. Should only get the money
once and turn into a good npc.

Okay there is a warehouse with probably 6 crates outside and a farm to the
right south of the church down the road to the next map and if you enter this
warehouse a Guy tells you to stay out of the crates. Okay now there seems to be
some error cause you can walk on the objects and the walls

Issue 90 was created for the warehouse.
5) South east of Fallheaven (where the busy farmers are) there are 3 trees
wrong:
twt
w
twT1
w
w
twT2
wwww (w is the way)
w
w
w
w
wwwwwwwww
T3
I can walk upon the trees T1 and T2. The tree T3 has the shadow of the fence
shown on him.
6) I like the item thing where I can choose whom to help. (I would like to help
unzel but his item is so good.) Will this quest continue?
7) IMO the BIG dragon in the prison should drop something better than the
things I could buy for money.
8) If I'm not wrong then if you do the bandits quest with one savegame slot,
killed some bandits there and load another savegame then the killed bandits are
still dead. (and vacor or the other.) (remark: its hard to find all 4 of the
bandits - 3 is easy)
9) Overall I must say Its hard also for my lvl 20 Hero. There are many monsters
on the street and you cannot avoid all when traveling around. And the prison is
very hard. Had to load sometimes to save time moving there. (perhaps saving
should be disabled in dungeons?) Also with the best weapons its a matter of
luck to kill the dragon and the red monster before.
10) Is the cave with the dogs related to any Quest?
11) IMO the recreation of monsters is a little to high. I kill 3 monsters and 1
gets recreated. Should be smaller.
12) Is it right that there is nothing new about the 2 Quests left open in 0.6.6?
There is nothing I can do with the busy farmers or the "hey these are my
crates" guy, right? Also the wood woodcutter has no quest yet? Also the house
where Unzel lives is unused right now.
13) I sometimes get stuck when walking around, could you tell this guy with the
movement code contribution to hurry? ;-)

14) Should the search for the wife of the prisoner not start a new quest?
(currently unsolveable)

Beta 2 is now available from the download list. Changes include:
- Fix for ANR for some players when resting and dying.
- Graphical fixes for some maps, including walkable tiles in Fallhaven storage.
- Modified stats (better) for dropped unique items.
- More items dropped from unique bosses in Flagstone prison.
- Reduced the amount of animals on many maps
Thanks for testing. Good points in the discussion above!
2) Fixed.
A) Yes, this will probably be requested a lot. We should start thinking about
how to best do the worldmap.
4) He is supposed to be that way :)
5) Fixed.
6) Yes, the actions of this quest will have consequences later in the larger
cities.
7) I modified the stats of the weapon that the final boss drops, and added
another thing that the boss now drops.
8) Yes, this was a bug. It should be solved with v0.6.7b2 .
9) I reduced the number of animals now on the new maps. I also reduced the
Flagstone bosses combat stats slightly.
10) No.
11) See 9
12) Yes, those are longer quests. This release is a preparation for Mount
Galmore that is south of Flagstone - where one of the quests will continue. Nor
City to the east will also be added in a later release - which continues the
other quest.
Many of the new NPCs do not give any quests. I think we should have several
NPCs that don't give quests, but add to the setting and the backstory. It makes
the cities feel more alive.
14) No, not at the moment.

Fixed / solved issues
2) Can confirm the fix.
4) Its no bug, its a feature.
5) Can confirm the fix.
6) Nice to hear. Will increase replay ability.
8) Can confirm the fix.
9) The animals are not annoying anymore. - perhaps you removed slightly too
much. I only wanted them to keep of the streets.
10) ok.
11) see 9
14) ok.
Open issues:
1) New dead ends are missing the notification: Come back later. - open - should
be fixed before release
3) In the prison its hard to spot the steps to the second floor, perhaps make
it more clear. - open - not so important
Other things:
7 & 9) I will look forward to kill them again. ;-) I'll report again.
12) I agree that several npcs should not give quests. Just wanted to make sure
if I missed something there.
I think the woodcutter should have his own quest. Let him make a good shield
(better than the ones u could buy.) from wood. You would have to do him a favor
first: For example you have to get that good axe for him. (from the house where
Unzel has his camp) There is a strong npc either selling the axe for 2 to 5k
gold or fighting for it. Perhaps with his 2 strong dogs. (The fight should be
really hard, something similar to the dragon in the prison) Afterwards one
could decide to keep the good axe or give it the woodcutter in exchange for an
shield. If you decide to buy the axe then the strong npc will let you rest in
his bed.

Strange that you say b1 was too hard for level 20
In b2, I had no problem clearing the prison at level 13 (okay, costs about 5-10
bonemeals :) )
Now I'm level 14, and my stats are:
attack 127%, 18-19, 20% x3 crit, 3AP
block 16%, dr 1
big boss was killed in 2 or 3 rounds :)
As for boss treasure: I can't really find anything better than what could be
bought, except Vacor boots and venomous dagger. Nothing beats the x3 crit :)
(note: all damage is multiplied!)

IMO boss treasure should also be improved. I also got almost everything from
shops.
The problem in Beta 1 was that 2 hits of the bosses (one of them critical)
killed me. (had almost full HP) It would be annoying to flee heal attack
again...
Level 14 and 20 differ mainly in money. As there are no really expensive items
available, I think we should have almost the same items.
I also have a good damage dealing hero, the problem is the defense.

I haven't had too much time to play with b2 from market, but one thing I
noticed after 15 seconds of play, is that I now "move slower".
I have a HTC Desire, that has a optical "trackball", that i use to navigate the
game with. I can drag my finger over this trackball, and move several squares.
However moving the finger the same distance in b2, moves the character fewer
squares than in b1. I guess either the sample-frequency of the trackball is
reduced, or some minimum movement time has been added. My normal
finger-movement, that used to move me 3-5 squares now only moves me 1 square. I
can drag the finger much longer, and achieve more squares, but "is more work" :)
It might be that this is a necessary change, but the ease of navigation was one
of the features i liked the best with Andors trail in comparison with other
games in similar genre

The slower movement is by design.
