Epics

The following list describes the list of features and ideas that may or may not be implemented

Collect metrics about the messages (frequency, length, media vs text proportion etc.)
Derpibooru integration
Captcha verification for new members
Load video from youtube as mp4
Members rate limiting
RBAC (role-based access control)
Warns with timeout

Bugs

Make sure all messages fit into the telegram API limit of 4096 characters (link)
