Sticky Mode Turns On Automatically #180

When I boot a gsi through dsu sideloader it automatically turns sticky mode on which means rebooting doesn't return me to my original system. This is dangerous because if the gsi starts bootlooping then I'll have to wipe my device as I don't have Twrp. Any guidance plz?
