요약

SseController, NotificationService 테스트 sse.adoc 생성 및 index.adoc에 추가 index.adoc 순서 변경

변경 내용

sse 패키지명을 notification으로 변경 NotificationService에서 EmitterRepository findById 수행 시 null이면 NotFoundException 예외 발생하도록 함
