Git PS1 functionality no longer included #88

Git PS1 (__git_ps1) functionality was split out of 
contrib/completion/git-completion.bash into contrib/completion/git-prompt.sh. 
Could you bundle this with upcoming releases the same way git-completion is 
bundled?
