The module currently provides very little feedback why the connection is failing.
For example I currently have "No connection" on any of the nodes connected. Yet I can easily access these servers across HTTP's. It seems like Elastica is sadly providing few error handeling techniques, I am assuming thats why its not in this module yet.
I am going to mark this minor, since its not a very big issue.
