Rebase the code #1040

The source at the moment is slow and hard to use, the zero coin although mostly phased out still remains in some capacity, the best solution from here is to get the latest Bitcoin source, put veil on top of it and work from that with a faster newer and more secure version.

Couldn't agree more - short of this perhaps a fork is required.

I also agree, the code needs to be updated.
