video play no sound #38

test url https://www.svsmix.com/upload/20170823/1503480223454.mp4 ,模拟器Iphone6 plus 9.3 ,第一次运行，就会出现放了大约3，5秒，就没有声音了，然后暂停或者拖动进度条就恢复了。

swift3.2 这个版本，还是容易重现的。

The same issue is occurring on iOS 11 version but working fine on version 10. Is this fixed?
