Persuasion 2 is 10 + your ranks in Persuasion, not 15. #5

All of the other effects like becoming staggered and them taking an additional penalty to their attack and damage rolls equal to 1 + half mythic rank are working. But the DC is not 15+ rank, it's 10+ rank.
