Bug: unchecked "Target" frames option gets overridden #26

Hey!

Frames Options are set to: Party, Raid & Raid40 I added the atonement buff to Spell IDs. Whenever I apply atonement to a target (NOT in my party or raid), color doesn't change yet. However, as soon as I cast Power Word: Fortitude on my target, its unitframe color changes to the color it should take only if the target was in my party. 100% reproducable, feel free to ask me again if I made something unclear!

Quick update if it helps: when I press power word radiance while NOT in a party, everyone it spreads to gets the highlighted color too :)
