Liquidity can be added outside of range. In this case only a single asset is being deposited.

Is this relevant? Is there any use case for asset managers?

imo.. this is very edge case usecase. I can think of delaying the addition of liquidity only when stable coin get depeg (something akarsh was telling)..

We can skip this part.. whats your thought @VelvetCapital ?
